Travelling to the Sixth Form College couldn’t be easier.
By Car
Parking spaces, at our main campus on Leek Road, are available to students who meet our qualifying criteria. Students that don’t meet our criteria are entitled to reduced rate parking at Fenton Manor Sports Complex, which is a short and safe walk away along City Road. These passes can be purchased from Fenton Manor Reception. There will, again, be a limited number of parking spaces available for students for the academic year. Application forms are available from reception. Please complete these and return them to reception. Students who were allocated spaces last year will need to fill in another application form for the next academic year. There will be an initial minimum distance of 6 miles from home to the College.
Students can also be dropped off at the College’s drop-off point, at our main campus.
College Parking
To help ensure the safety and smooth operation of our campus, we kindly remind you of the following:
- The college does not provide parking facilities for student collection.
- Designated drop-off and collection bays are for short-term use only and must not be used for parking.
- Please avoid arriving before the scheduled end of classes. Early arrivals contribute to traffic congestion, disrupt campus operations, and pose safety risks to pedestrians.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us maintain a safe, efficient, and accessible environment for all members of our community.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

By Bike
The college supports sustainable travel and encourages students and staff to select the greenest method of travel to and from the college—you can’t get much greener than by bike or on foot! The City has produced a cycle map and guide which details all of the cycle/walking routes in the area. Find out more about the official cycle paths in the area on the Cycle Map.
The college has invested in covered cycle parking facilities on the campus and invites students and staff to make use of these facilities. Although the College accepts no liability for personal possessions on site, including cars and cycles, it does take seriously its commitment to try and make the site as secure as possible.
With the help of ‘Cycle Stoke’ we have now purchased a quantity of high quality shackle locks and extender cables to help secure cycles to the steel cycle bays. These locks are ‘Sold Secure’ and achieve a maximum security rating of 9. The loop ended steel cable provides extra security. These locks are available for hire from the College for a returnable deposit of £10.00 each. They do not guarantee 100% security but should act as a deterrent against potential thieves. There are also lockers available in the college for the storage of cycle equipment such as helmets.
