Our main enrolment for September 2026 applicants will start from Thursday 20th August to Friday 21st August 2026, we will have remaining appointments through the rest of August and September.

Your enrolment appointment may take up to one hour so please allow yourself enough time to complete the process. Before starting your enrolment appointment you must make sure you can access your CEDAR account.

1. Welcome! When you arrive at college for your enrolment appointment, you will be greeted by a friendly member of staff in reception who will guide you through the enrolment process.
2. Say Cheese! Strike a pose at one of our dedicated selfie stations to get your perfect ID badge photo.
3. Upload your GCSEs: You will be asked to upload your qualifications onto Cedar. You MUST bring all of your qualifications with you or we will have to reschedule your appointment.
4. Time to Chat: Now you will have a discussion with a member of staff to confirm your course choices, if you have changed your mind then please let us know during this discussion. Your programme of study will be confirmed and we will provide you with information about your welcome day. Important: you MUST bring all your qualifications with you or we will have to reschedule your appointment.
5. Find out More: We will have staff in the atrium to talk you through a range of services we offer including enrichment opportunities, clubs & societies, bursary and financial support.

Please make sure that you bring all of your GCSE results (and any qualifications gained in previous years) You will need to upload them onto CEDAR.

You will also need to bring a form of identification that shows your legal name and date of birth, for example, a passport, birth certificate or provisional driving licence.

We operate an appointment system to help reduce waiting times making your enrolment more enjoyable for you. We do not offer student places on a first-come first-served basis.

Once on the Cedar login page click on the ‘I’m an Applicant – Sign in with Microsoft’ button.

In the sign-in box, please put your college email address which is your student ID number followed by @sfc.potteries.ac.uk (you will find your student ID on any written correspondence you have received from us)

Your password is Sfc followed by your date of birth in six-digit format, for example, if your birthday is on the 1st November 2006 your password will be Sfc011106
